Who Am I?

Hi I'm Antonio, Currently I'm a Senior Sales Engineer in Amagi. With +5 years of experience in technical pre-sales teams. I previously worked in customer success for five years, beginning as a Tier II Technical Support Engineer and progressing to Technical Support Manager.

Before becoming a Technical Support Engineer, I spent some time in the development field, as a back-end developer specializing in process automation, problem resolution, and server maintenance for build optimization.

Having a solid technical background, gave me a significant advantage when I started with my Customer Success role, where I quickly took over a kind-of Technical Lead role, taking care of urgent high-profile escalations for critical customers.
